Hannah was my team leader for my Young Life start-up team at Sandusky Middle School. She poured countless hours into each week, planning weekly meetings and gatherings, organized communication with middle school students' parents, and brainstormed strategic plans for the future. She is a leader in all regards. She asked for advice on her weaknesses, and showed humility when needed. She truly cares for people and the work she does, no matter what it is.

Hannah Altizer leads by example. Setting the tone by demonstrating the type of work ethic and commitment to the excellence she expects, Hannah confronts others with gentleness but leads with a vision of always wanting to improve things. When I slacked, she spoke up and said it to me with professionalism and modeled what it is supposed to look like. Having been under several other leaderships since hers, Hannah stands out in my mind as being one of the most professional and hardworking leaders I've come to know.
